Pricing

One price for the whole firm

Every other tool in this trade charges you by the head, so hiring someone puts your software bill up. Ours does not. £45 a month, whether there is one of you or fifteen.

What is free, and what is paid

Not per person. Put two more on for the summer and it costs you nothing, which is not true of anything else you can buy. £45 a month, however many of you there are. Everything you do on site is free. You pay to win the work and cost it.

Always free

Two jobs at a time

No card. No expiry. Not a trial.

  • All six site tools
  • Measure off the plan, or the real plot
  • Surveys, levels, volumes and muck away
  • Your build-ups, and the price on screen
  • Jobs, photos, notes, the day's record
  • Your crew, with their own logins
  • Works with no signal

The first fifty firms pay £25 a month, locked for as long as they stay. Not an introductory rate that climbs in a year. The price you start on is the price you keep. After fifty, it is £45.

Stop paying and you keep every job, drawing and measurement, and you can export the lot. We are not VAT registered, so there is none to add.

If you already pay for something

What changes when you move

Most job-management software was built for a plumber with a van and a parts list. You price by the square metre and the cubic metre, and none of it can measure anything.

 What you use nowAcreline
Four of you on the books £136 to £180 a month, charged per person £45, charged per firm
Taking someone on another £34 to £45 a month Nothing
Measuring the garden a wheel, a tape, and an evening at the kitchen table Off the plan, standing on it
Muck away not offered, or a separate tool from £220 a year Comes out of the dig depth
Where your prices come from typed in again, every job Your build-ups, learning from your recorded days
Finding out a job went over when you add it up at the end Day four

What we don't do yet, so you can judge properly. There is no Android app, only iPhone and iPad for now. We don't do payroll, we don't do your VAT return, and we don't chase your invoices. If those are what you need, the tool you are on is probably the right one, and you should keep it.

The questions people ask

What do I get without paying anything?

Two jobs on the go at once, and everything else: all six site tools, measuring off the plan, surveys, levels, volumes, photos, the day's record, and your crew with their own logins. No card and no expiry. It runs out when you are busy enough to be earning from it, not on a date we picked.

Is it per person?

No. One price for the whole firm, however many of you there are. Putting two more on for the summer costs you nothing.

What happens if I stop paying?

The free parts carry on working and nothing you have made disappears. You keep every job, drawing and measurement, and you can export the lot.

Is there VAT on top?

No. Acreline Ltd is not registered for VAT, so £45 is what you pay. If that ever changes we will give you 30 days' notice first.

Do I need a card to start?

Not for the free side. That needs nothing. To try the paid side you get fourteen days free and we do ask for a card, so that it carries on without you having to think about it. Cancel inside the fourteen days and you are not charged.

What is the £25 for the first fifty?

Exactly what it says. The first fifty firms to pay keep £25 a month for as long as they stay with us. It does not end after a year, and it does not end when we change our minds. You are taking a chance on something new and that is what it is worth. After fifty it is £45.

I already pay for something else. Why move?

If it measures a garden off a plan and works out your muck away, do not move. Keep it. Nothing else in this country does, which is the honest reason most people switch. The second reason is the bill: four of you costs £136 to £180 a month elsewhere, and £45 here.
